Refund policy

Returned Packages 

If a package is returned to Tastyy Temptations by our carrier we can:

- Offer you to ship back your order to a new address for a shipping fee or

- We can initiate a subtotal refund (No refund on the shipping cost).

Note:

We cannot issue subtotal refunds on items marked as FINAL SALES. No exceptions.

 

Damaged Items 

- Please check all items at time of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect each product for damage or defective items as soon as the shipment is received. 

- If an item is damaged/defective the customer must contact us by email so the issue can be resolved. Our customer service information is imprinted on the packaging of all of the products we sell. 

- We require photo evidence of the damaged item before initiating a replacement or refund.
